Pickup & Dropoff Driver

Uber is seeking responsible and reliable individuals to join our platform as Pickup & Dropoff Drivers. In this role, you will provide safe and dependable transportation services to riders using the Uber app, along with the pickup and delivery of packages, documents, and other requested items.

Responsibilities of Pickup & Dropoff Driver:

• Accept ride requests from Uber users and provide safe, timely, and reliable transportation to their destinations.
• Pickup and deliver packages or documents to designated locations efficiently and securely.
• Ensure all packages and documents are handled with care and transported safely.
• Maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and Uber's policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with riders and Uber’s support team to resolve issues as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and compliant with Uber’s standards.
• Report any issues related to packages, documents, or vehicle functionality to the appropriate Uber team.

Requirements of Pickup & Dropoff Driver:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Own a reliable vehicle that meets Uber's vehicle requirements.
• Able to pass a background check and driving record check.
• Provide valid proof of insurance.
• Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., delivery driver or chauffeur) is an advantage.
• Have a smartphone compatible with the Uber app.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
