Dishwasher

Position Summary

The Dishwasher plays a key role in maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen while supporting the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, storage areas, and dish machines.

• Follow all company sanitation and safety policies.

• Assist with restocking and organizing dishware and utensils.

• Support the kitchen team with other cleaning duties as needed.

• Communicate effectively with other team members to maintain workflow.

• Adhere to "Full hands in, full hands out" operational philosophy.

• Participate in team contests and brand promotions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to stand or walk for 100% of the shift.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments (e.g., near kitchen equipment or in walk-in coolers/freezers).

• No prior experience required — we’ll train the right person!
