Job Summary

As a Server at Dave & Buster's, you'll be the face of the guest experience & delivering exceptional service, building rapport with customers, and ensuring every visit is packed with fun and satisfaction. Youll thrive in a high-volume setting and work closely with your team to provide a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service to guests in a dynamic environment.
• Greet guests promptly and engage them in a welcoming and energetic manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and input them efficiently into the POS (Micros) system.
• Ensure all meals and beverages are served in a timely, presentable manner, following all recipe and quality standards.
• Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the experience, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of assigned station, adhering to sanitation and safety procedures.
• Participate in team efforts to meet sales goals and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
• Assist in event setup, table bussing, and closing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and carry up to 30 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic personality.
• Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English effectively.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $2.13 + tips (Tipped Server Position)
